Duplex Villa, designed by Débert Architects in Hungary

April 12, 2025

The Duplex Villa project, designed by Débert Architects in Hungary near Budapest, is located in a pristine and green environment with access to hiking trails. This peaceful setting and its expansive panoramic views make the villa an ideal place to live. The architects carefully considered the local climate and topography, designing the building in a way that fully embraces and harmonizes with the surrounding natural landscape.

The building is designed using modular geometry and a well-organized division of spaces into two main parts, incorporating green roof terraces. The villa consists of two floors: the lower level houses the bedrooms, while the upper level includes the living areas and kitchen. Large glass windows on the upper floor allow for maximum natural light and offer stunning views of the nearby lake and surrounding nature.

The villa’s surrounding garden is beautifully designed in harmony with the natural environment. At the front of the house, it evokes the charm of old orchards, adorned with green lawns and small, fragrant fruit trees. At the back, medium-sized forest trees create a natural backdrop, casting shade from the south and providing peaceful, comfortable spaces for relaxation.

This design, taking into account the site’s slope and the villa’s unique location, incorporates rooftop gardens and natural greenery as integral elements of the architecture. The villa not only responds beautifully to its surrounding environment but also efficiently utilizes sunlight and panoramic views, offering a peaceful and functional living space for its residents.
