Fallingwater, recognized as one of the top architectural masterpieces of the 20th century, is a project familiar to every architecture student! It was designed by the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright in 1935, located near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

However, on February 22, 2025, The Wall Street Journal reported in an article about the poor condition of this project: Fallingwater, the work of Frank Lloyd Wright, is settling!

The report states that work on the insulation and waterproofing of the building is underway; a project expected to cost about 40 times more than the total construction budget in the 1930s! This amounts to approximately $7 million!

In conclusion, it is noteworthy that Fallingwater welcomed over 143,000 visitors in 2024.
