The design idea for the “Integrated Villa” began with analyzing spaces using the bubble diagram method, which resulted in creating cylindrical volumes as the main form. Semi-walls covered with green tiles enhance the modern aesthetic and reinforce a sense of connection to nature, achieving a balance between transparency and privacy. The design pays special attention to functional and visual needs.
Another notable feature of the design is the semi-walls, which, instead of providing full coverage, are elevated in a balanced and proportional manner in harmony with the cylindrical volumes. These walls are adorned with green tiles, which not only add a unique charm to the contemporary style of the design but also imbue the space with a sense of nature and harmony with the surroundings.
This design, by maintaining a balance between openness and enclosure, as well as transparency and privacy, provides a pleasant experience for the villa’s users.
