The Sayevan Villa is designed on a land with a limited area and in proximity to neighbors, and its goal is to provide a peaceful, beautiful, and different space for the residents. In this design, the use of curved lines in modern architectural forms has given the villa an impressive effect and created a sense of harmony and flow in the space. The facade of the villa is designed using bricks in combination with various geometric patterns.
These patterns, while creating a play of light and shadow on the facade and inside, prevent visual uniformity and contribute to the dynamism of the space. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, this brick covering helps to reduce the temperature inside and create comfortable conditions with natural ventilation and airflow improvement, and as a result, the need for mechanical cooling systems is reduced.
One of the features of the Sayevan Villa is creating maximum privacy for the pool. With the design of long and curved walls around the pool, the view from the outside is completely limited, and a sense of security and peace is provided for the residents. In addition, the use of dense vegetation and the planting of shrubs and tall plants around the pool help to increase privacy and expand the green space and connection with nature in the exterior of the villa.
In the interior space, the use of large windows with curved lines has created a wide and continuous visual connection with the outside environment. These windows not only bring natural light into the interior but also create a sense of openness and spaciousness in the spaces. The interior design of this villa is based on open plans and flexible spaces so that users can adjust the spatial organization according to their needs and conditions and enjoy the sense of freedom and cheerfulness of the space.
