Three Sights Villa, which is located in the north of Iran, offers an innovative reinterpretation of traditional architecture using gable roofs. The design idea was based on the maximum utilization of the natural scenery of the surrounding forests. With a central axis as the focal point, the volumes of the building are rotated in such a way that every interior space has the most visibility and visual connection with the nature.
The design of the villa is divided into three separate volumes, and each of them has its own special function. The central volume is allocated to the public living room, which provides a warm and open environment for social interactions due to the transparency of the glass walls.
The second volume, which includes the bedrooms and the pool, is designed to be floated. This choice, in addition to creating a sense of lightness and buoyancy in the architecture, has given a modern and unique atmosphere to the facade. The third volume, which is allocated to the kitchen and dining area, is placed in such a way as to provide easy access to the indoor and outdoor environments. This combination of volumes has created a dynamic and multi-layered space that offers visual beauty and functionality at the same time.
Yellow has been chosen as a symbolic color and a practical element in the design of this villa. This color not only brings energy and vitality into the interior spaces, but it also highlights the architectural volumes and adds to the visual attraction of the design due to the contrast with the dark color of the exterior.
At the same time, this color is a symbol of warmth and cordiality, which is combined with the greenery and tranquility of the surrounding nature and creates a pleasant balance between modernity and nature. Yellow also enhances the invitation sense of the space and emphasizes the unique features of this villa.
