The villa’s design begins with a single continuous ground floor, where the garden seamlessly extends into the interior, and the curved walls allow for fluid, unrestricted movement. A central pool and smaller water features serve as the heart of outdoor life, creating an interactive experience between indoor and outdoor spaces. Harmonizing with the site’s topography and integrating the surrounding greenery, the house becomes a living part of its natural environment.
Inside, the integration of art and materials has been executed with meticulous care. The use of Hainaut blue stone, polished Corian, and glass mosaics, combined with contemporary furniture and 1970s artworks, gives each room a distinctive character. The open-plan island kitchen and living area create a welcoming space for family and friends to gather. These elements transform the luxury villa into an inspiring example of modern villa design and construction.
The private spaces, adorned with jewel-toned colors, carefully positioned skylights, and smart lighting, create a sense of intimacy and tranquility. Details such as black Corian arches, Roman-inspired spa bathrooms, and private terraces provide a unique, sensory experience for the residents while fostering a closer connection with nature.
This project, designed by Michael Levy, stands as a living example of how villa construction in the heart of nature can go beyond architecture, serving as a platform for art, movement, and life—a place where every space invites interaction, tranquility, and an unforgettable experience for its residents.
